Other notable signings include Noah Abich, Lukas Indeche, Meshack Karani, Solomon Nasio and Brian Nyakan who according to the coach add on to the much needed experience. David Aswani, Tom Adwar, Lukas Lucheri, Bonface Wafula, Rodgers Ochieng, Frankline Mwenda, Job Omuse, Sylvester Okumu, Moses Ouma, Musa Kasumba and Mohammed Nigol.

Contract renewals

Donal Mosoti, David Naftali, Kelvin Thairu, John Njoroge, Cornelius Juma, Kevin Omondi, Eugene Ambulwa, Charles Ouma, Jackbruno Kiyai and Clinton Kisiavuki have also renewed their contracts.

The tactician insists his target this season will be to help the team finish in a respectable position.

“We are basically rebuilding the team and it is not an easy task bearing in mind that we have very many new players. My main target will be to ensure the team avoids relegation and finish in a better position than last year,” he said.

Gor Mahia

The team kicks off its 2018 league campaign with a match against defending champions Gor Mahia FC at the Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos from 3PM.

“We will approach just like any other match. They are the defending champions and we respect them but anything can happen within 90 minutes. We hope to start on a positive note and are really working hard in training,” he concluded.
