Posta Rangers end Sofapaka’s big-scoring winning streak in Narok as Nzoia, Chemelil post wins in Saturday matches.

Muhoroni Youth 0-1 Chemelil Sugar (Muhoroni Stadium)

The hosts were sunk by a 74th minute goal from Chemelil Sugar’s Collins Neto who pounced on a cross from Yusuf Juma to bury the ball behind Muhoroni goalkeeper Salim Sowedi.

This was the sugar millers’ first win in seven matches, and saw them rise to 10th place on the League table.

Nakumatt 0-1 Nzoia Sugar (Ruaraka Ground)

Luke Namanda set up Brian Yakhama for a last minute goal to lift Nzoia Sugar past Nakumatt as they recorded their first win in three matches.

Sofapaka 1-1 Posta Rangers (Narok Stadium)

Sofapaka’s scary three-match winning streak that involved them scoring a total of 11 matches came to sudden end at Narok.

Posta Rangers took the lead 11 minutes into the second half midfielder Kennedy Otieno tapping in a loose ball.

On-form striker Ezekiel Okare cancelled Otieno’s effort on 89 minutes ruthlessly exploiting some slack play by Rangers at the back.
