Kakamega Homeboyz 3-0 AFC Leopards
Former Nakuru AllStars man Peter Thiongo produced a man of the match performance as Kakamega Homeboyz beat AFC Leopards 3-0 at the Bukhungu Stadium in Kakamega.
Thiongo opened the scoring in the 14th minute and provided both assists as Maxwell Ravel and George Mandela completed the job with a goal each.
Nzoia Sugar FC 0-3 Mathare United
Mathare United confirmed their place at the summit of the table with a comfortable 3-0 win over Nzoia Sugar FC in an early kick-off match at the Bukhungu Stadium in Kakamega courtesy of goals from Cliff Nyakeya, Andrew Juma and Chrispin Oduor.
Chemelil Sugar FC 1-1 Vihiga United
Chemelil Sugar and Vihiga United played to a 1-1 draw in a match played at the Chemelil Sports Complex.
Vihiga opened the scoring in the 17th minute through Vincent Wonder’s simple tap-in and the hosts fought hard and finally got a reprieve as Wangulu Gilbert levelled scores through a spectacular strike in the 83rd minute.
