Zoo FC chances of remaining in the top-tier received a lifeline as they beat Kakamega Homeboyz while Vihiga United has been relegated. Zoo FC beat Kakamega Homeboyz 3-2 in Kericho while Vihiga lost 1-2 to Western Stima in Bukhungu. 

Zoo FC 3-2 Kakamega Homeboyz

Zoo collected three crucial points with a well deserved 3-2 win over Kakamega Homeboyz at the Green Stadium in Kericho.

Derick Anami scored a brace with Danson Chetambe scoring the other for Zoo FC while Homeboys got theirs through Solomon Otieno and George Odiwuor. Zoo is now 15th on the log with 32 points from 33 matches and will face KCB FC in their last league match while Homeboyz is seventh with 52 points having played the same number of matches.

If Zoo finishes third bottom (15th), they will have to win the two-legged tie against the team that finishes third in the National Super League.

Vihiga United 1-2 Western Stima 

Western Stima sent Vihiga United back to the National Super League after two seasons in the top-tier after beating them 2-1 at the Bukhungu Stadium in Kakamega.

Amos Kigadi had given the home side an early lead but goals by Kennedy Otieno and Henry Onyango ensured Stima go back to Kisumu with the maximum points. Vihiga United is now the second bottom with 26 points from 33 matches while Stima is thirteenth with 38 points having played the same number of matches.

Kariobangi Sharks 3-0 Mt Kenya United 

Goals from Henry Juma, Julius Masaba and Erick Kapaito helped Sharks edge already relegated Mt Kenya United 3-0 at the MISC, Kasarani.

Bandari 0-0 Sofapaka 

Bandari and Sofapaka played to a barren draw at the Mbaraki Sports Club in Mombasa.

KCB FC 2-2 Ulinzi Stars 

Gabriel Mugambi rescued a point for the Bankers in stoppage time as they shared spoils with Ulinzi Stars in a 2-2 draw at the Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos.

Chrispinus Onyango opened the scoring for KCB in the 12th minute but Enosh Ochieng headed in the leveller in the 40th minute. Churchill Muloma put the soldiers ahead in the 70th minute with a wonderful left-footed volley from outside the box and they held on to the lead until the 91st minute when Mugambi capitalised on a goal-mouth melee to stab in the equaliser.

AFC Leopards 0-2 Tusker FC

Goals by Boniface Muchiri and David Majak won it for Tusker FC against AFC Leopards at the Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos.
